International Ordering Information

If you are ordering from outside the United States you will have to use a special order form. Be sure to click on "Change Price Set" at the top of the page BEFORE starting to select products then select "International Orders". Select your products and fill out the order form. If you have the order form that only has USA listed as a country then you are using the wrong price set. Product prices are the same but the shipping costs are different. Also, PayPal or International Money Order is the only payment method we can accept for international orders. Need information about PayPal or want to sign up? Please click here www.paypal.com.
Shipping costs vary by destination and size of order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you complete the order form. All orders under $100 shipped internationally are sent by First-Class Mail International through the U.S. Postal Service and the shipping charges vary depending on the number of products ordered. All orders over $100 shipped internationally will be charged the current rate for shipping to the specified country and will be shipped by International Priority Mail and insured.

Restrictions: We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs
restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we do not keep up with laws in other countries. It is your responsibility to check with the customs office in your country and know if your country permits our products to be imported. If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless the package is returned to us. You will still be responsible for all charges. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred.
